    रोमानिया से आकर करते थे ATM क्लोनिंग, कार्ड को स्कैन कर निकाले 2 करोड़ रुपए

    इनका एटीएम से पैसा चोरी करने का तरीका काफ़ी हाईटेक था. पहले ये फ्रॉड अपना टारगेट तय करते थे. उसके बाद एटीएम मशीन में एटीएम स्कीमर लगा कर रक़म निकालने आये लोगों का पासवर्ड कैमरे में कैद करते थे और पूरे कार्ड को स्कैन करके फर्जी एटीएम बनाते थे.
