    दूसरी बार एवरेस्ट फतह करने वाले देश के पहले IAS बने रवींद्र कुमार

    आईएएस रवींद्र कुमार बिहार के बेगूसराय जिले के चेरिया बरियारपुर प्रखंड के बसही गांव निवासी शिवनंदन प्रसाद सिंह के पुत्र हैं. इससे पहले उन्होंने वर्ष 2011 में आईएएस बनने के दो साल बाद वर्ष 2013 में माउंट एवरेस्ट पर फतह हासिल की थी.
